- Read Thank You letter from clinic patient, Patty. They were going to put the pig asleep, but now they love him so!

- Baby piglet was neutered and adopted
- Rebuild cabinet at clinic. Lumbar donated by pig owner. Max to supply tools and help Doug.
8:19 Pet Pig Relocations
- Cottage Grove Rescue
- 12 yr old female, fed on dog food, not fixed, mud/glass/cans in pen
- Dr. Cole did not give her a good prognosis
- Took to Debbie Potter sanctuary and doing much better – loves her clean paper in her pen.
- Craig’s List Rescue
- Came from breeder in LaPine – Max adopted the lucky one
- Starbuck is not living with Gloria
- Bob & Jane great new pet pig owners
- $20 was given from school towards the rescue
- $30 additional given to rescue
8:30 Old Business
- NAPPA all you need to join the club is to give them a letter and monthly minutes
- PIgNic 2006 starts at noon. Eat @ 1:00. BYOGrillingGrub plus one side dish.
- You are welcome to bring your pig on leash

- Oregon Humane Society would like a couple 1 hour classes for 5-6 graders.
- Classes will be on Aug 1 & 11 starting at 9:45am
- Courtney to help on the 1 st
- Jeannie to help on the 11 th and to review material
- Fate’s success story mailed to club as a thank you
- Max to research ‘Oregon Involved Organization for Non-Profits’ and report for next meeting
- House bound pigs will get hooves trimmed on June 24 in exchange for lumbar for cabinet. (Jim to help Doug)
- Advertisement for photographer to take photos of pets and put them on shirts/blankets/bags/etc.
- Might come to Pignic, if not will make it available at a clinic
- Potential Bunco game in August
